Local dissemination event in Torremolinos 🇪🇸

In the end of May, 2019, Asociación EuropeYou organized a local workshop to a group of young people in Torremolinos, Spain. The main aim of this workshop was to present the project KA2 Youth Workers 2.0 and the main results produced until now. Participants were introduced to the Youth Workers Needs Analysis Report and Low-skilled Youth Needs Analysis Report.

  • Youth workers Needs Analysis Report presents the results of the research phase of the project “Youth Workers 2.0”. The document was generated based on a data collection in the form of an online survey, conducted in the four project partner countries – Spain, Austria, Romania and Hungary. The aim of the survey was to identify the needs and challenges of youth workers in terms of digital literacy.
  • On the other hand, Low skilled Youth Needs Analysis Report presents the results of the research phase of the project “Youth Workers 2.0” and its main aim was to identify the needs and challenges of young people and young adults in relation to digital learning environments. The survey was developed for young people between 13 and 35 years of age.

EuropeYou shared more about the current gaps that were discovered by the consortium and gave information to young people on when to apply and how to use the new rule for General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in online work and activities. This topic was chosen following one of the questions from YW2.0 Survey for Youth Workers and the detected lack of information among young people regarding the GDPR.
